Comcast Town was a multi-year campaign featuring a magical place where everyone's entertainment dreams come true. So when we received a brief to go hard at our competitors, we created a town on the other side of the tracks, where our competition's customers lived.

A place full of losers and dreamers desperate to make a run for Comcast Town the first chance they got. And out of respect for the downtrodden, we named every character after someone in a Springsteen song.
