I love that what we do is a team sport. From my first day at the Creative Circus, to my first day running a creative department, the opportunity to brain swap with people personally, professionally, and culturally different from myself has always felt like a privilege. It’s the best way to generate fresh thinking, shape meaningful ideas, and build integrated narratives that move a room.
